Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 9 am–8:30 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Eugene is in Oregon, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Eugene follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My wife went to Costco and paid over $900. For some Michelin tires, not sure the warranty she got. But when I saw the car when she got home I was not Impressed they did not wipe off the tires or rims and called the department and was told I can use a brush and water to clean them off... excuse me if someone was doing I what I paid for .. was that extra did I miss something here. My bad for not reading the reviews first. The whole lack luster of attitude of the Costco employees should not be tolerated. Never had that happen at Lesswab.

Just got new tires, should listen to the reviews. Broke my TPMS sensor, and don’t carry the part to replace it. Will not cover damages done to vehicle and when I expressed disappointment, they told me tough luck. Costco saves on product but cost more to correct their mistakes as they do not take accountability. Never using their auto department again in the future. update*** they rectified it by reimbursement for repairs. Changing from one star to 3.

They have a few good quality tire options and can offer them at a good price. The problem is with service. With any other tire service I've ever used, if you have a flat and need a repair, they prioritize you so that you can get back on the road that day. Even though I had bought the tires at Costco I was told they were booked up and couldn't see me for a day or two. I took the car to Discount Tire and they got me in immediately, repaired it for free, and had me back on the road in less than an hour. I won't purchase tires from Costco again.

Deceptive sales practices and poor customer service causing us to consider cancelling our Costco membership completely! We bought tires sold with an 80,000 mile warranty and maintained them exclusively with the Costco Tire Center on the scheduled interval of rotations and recommendations. At 35,000 miles of use the staff refused to service the tires any more because they were supposedly "unsafe". The manager was unwilling to provide any warranty support (given that less than half of the theoretical tread life had been used) and also refused to give us the tires back so that we could have them inspected by an independent shop. We will be taking our business to Discount Tire from now on, as many other reviews suggest to do. The tires aren't as good as the hot dogs!

DECEPTIVE SELLING PRACTICES… Costco sells tires claiming an 80,000 mile warranty. What they don’t tell you at the point of sale, is that you have to use the warranty within five years - otherwise there is no pro-ration! When confronted about it, the manager stated that it is all explained in the warranty paperwork. The only problem with this is that you don’t receive your warranty paperwork till AFTER the tires are installed! While I was standing there discussing this with the manager, they used the same presentation on a prospective customer standing at the counter…luckily I was able to tell him before he purchased, and he ended up going to a local tire store. Bridgestone had zero interest in making this right. So, long story short, we paid $900 for 80,000 mile tires, and got 42,000 out of them 🀬
